Jesper is the CEO and Co-Founder of Frame. As a dedicated visionary in sustainable construction, it is Jesper's ambition to make sustainability concrete and accessible to all. Jesper is a trained civil engineer and has many years of experience as a sustainable client advisor and project manager.

For the past ten years Jesper has focused on sustainability and today he is one of the most reputed experts in Denmark. He plays an active role in designing new sustainability regulations and policies for Denmark as part of The Danish Association of Consulting Engineers and The Danish Association of Construction Clients. He is responsible for the writing of the ‘Plan of Works’ which is the description of services for sustainability.

Jesper is also involved at a European level working with regulations through EU DG Environment and EU DG Joint Research Institute called Level(s) – a new framework for cross border handling of sustainability in building projects.

Jesper is one of the two inventors of FRAME.
